Question

Where can you locate available patches to download for IBM Rational DOORS?

Cause

Patches for both for DOORS Client and Server not available under the Software and Services Passport Advantage Online account.

Answer

The location to download the installer for DOORS client and server software are available from Fix Central area of the IBM Rational Support website.

Steps to identify the available patches:

  1. Select the Product Group: Rational

  2. Select Product: IBM Rational DOORS

  3. Select the Version: All

  4. Select the Platform: ALL

  5. Click Continue

  6. Select Browse for fixes on the 'Identify fixes' screen


  7. Click Continue
    You be presented a list of available packages to download


Note: To choose select items instead of an entire e-Assembly package use the HTTP download option.
