How do you access the omitted files?
Cause
In an automatic view, a local read (readProperties()) of the Folder.CHILD_MAP or Folder.CHILD_LIST properties omits files that have been checked-out and removed or hijacked and removed.
Answer
To find these files and access them, callers must call doReadProperties() when connected.
