Troubleshooting
Problem
When setting up a project or benchmark in Lifecycle Manager 11, and selecting the mandatory prompt values for a report, the prompt value selection page is blank.
Symptom
No prompt page is displaying in the prompt value selection page.
Cause
The gateway URI is using the dispatcher uri for Cognos 11. with a format of http://server:9300/bi
Diagnosing The Problem
You will see a blank prompt page come up with no prompt options.
Resolving The Problem
You must use the full gateway URI of http://server:9300/bi/v1/disp
