Problem
In the .conf file, ServerLocation is specifed at the biginning of the file.
The ServerLocation seems to be specified correctly.

However, the LFA does not send event to the specified server.
Diagnosing The Problem
With the trace "KBB_RAS1=ERROR (UNIT:logmonitor ALL) (UNIT:EIFEmitter ALL) (UNIT:LFAConfig ALL)", the following message appeared in log file:
(xxxxxxxx.nnnn:socket_target.c,462,"legacy_to_target") ServerLocation not specified, using <name of the server that the LFA is installed>
Resolving The Problem
The issue can happen when BOM (Byte Order Mark) is added at the biginning of the file.
Make sure that BOM is not added to the .conf file.
