The tools and techniques to gather logs and diagnostics are slightly different depending on whether you're running WebSphere on Red Hat OpenShift, a non-OpenShift distribution of Kubernetes (e.g. AKS, EKS, etc.), Docker, or podman.

In addition, Liberty applications in Kubernetes may be run with or without the IBM WebSphere Liberty or Open Liberty Operators.

In most cases, choose Collecting data as a next step, choose your environment, and follow the MustGather steps to gather data.
