Problem
Attempts to launch IBM Rational DOORS results in the error "Flexnet licensing error: -4,132".
Symptom
The full error message is as follows:
Licensed number of users already reached.
Flexnet licensing error: -4,132.
Cause
This is due to mixing of tokens and floating licenses on the same license file.
Resolving The Problem
Procedure:
- Release the floating license back to the license pool for all current users of Rational DOORS
- Stop and start the IBM Rational License Key Server
This will now enable token license to be checked out and you should be able to launch IBM Rational DOORS successfully.
