Question
How do I access my reports?
Answer
(1) Select Reporting from the Employee Voice main menu or select the Reporting tile on Employee Voice homepage.
(2) Search for your program or select the program reporting tile.
TIP! Programs can also be sorted by newest, oldest and alphabetically.
(3) View the following program details within the My Reports quick view reporting tile.
- Program or Survey name
- Survey type
- Number of survey questions
- Number of projects (surveys)
- Project start date (date Distribution was made active)
Note: Each quick view report tile is an interactive element that when selected opens the survey's Reporting page that contains a detailed survey report.

(4) Select the reporting program tile to view response rates and survey results.
(5) The user can update the following Monthly Engagement Check-in dashboard settings upon each log-in.

a. View the Days Left indicator and Response Rates.
Note: By default, Administrators can view Overall (and their team if they are a manager) and Managers can view their team’s response rate.
b. Project – Select the arrow icon
to toggle between projects (surveys).
Note: The most recent project appears as the default.
c. Benchmark – Select the arrow icon
to change the benchmark that is displayed (only applicable if more than one benchmark is available).
d. Manage comparison lines – Select the arrow icon
to add up to 8 additional internal comparisons. The Add Comparison Line page displays allowing you the following options.
- Include the overall organization line – Add the overall line by selecting the Yes toggle.
- Additional comparison lines – Use the predictive search feature to add manager team data to your dashboard.
- Direct Report toggle option.
Note:
- Make your selection by selecting the box next to the node name.
- Use the scroll arrow to navigate through searches results with multiple pages.
e. Select Add to save your changes.

To remove comparison lines,
a. Select Manage comparison lines.
b. Slide the toggle to No to remove Overall organization.
c. Uncheck the box of the org unit name to remove.
d. Select Add to save your changes.
Important: Comparison line changes do not save, they must be updated/added upon each log-in.
e. In the Manage Demographics window, select the Select a demographic arrow icon
to select the demographic that is displayed.

Note: The Trending Data graph, displays question and demographic trend between projects (surveys). The trending data graph displays when at least two projects are in a program.
(6) Select the arrow icon
below the question text to view other question data.
(7) Select the comparisons to the right of the trending data graph to update the internal data comparisons visible in the graph.
(8) Select a data
point within the graph to update to project data.

Note: The Trending Data graph view changes to a table view when more than 10 data points (comparison or demo lines) are added.

(9) Review question level data in the Complete Project Scores section.
Note: Project scores displayed in the manager dashboard reports are updated nightly.

Note: Response Rates tracks survey returns and response rates for the organization.

(10) Select the Overall arrow icon
for each org unit (if applicable) to drill down through the hierarchy.
(11) Navigate back by selecting the Back to Overall arrow icon
for each org unit.

Note: Response rate data is updated hourly.
