Problem
JSON forwarding profiles are disabled in QRadar SIEM V7.2.4.
Symptom
If you had configured JSON forwarding profiles in QRadar SIEM V7.2.3 or earlier, they are disabled in QRadar SIEM V7.2.4.
Cause
A new forwarding profile management system in QRadar SIEM V7.2.4 does not import JSON forwarding profiles that were configured in earlier releases.
Resolving The Problem
Re-create the JSON forwarding profiles in QRadar SIEM V7.2.4 by using Forwarding Destinations on the Admin tab .
