Summary
While attempting to apply a DASH fix pack Installation Manager indicates it cannot validate the smadmin credentials. The credentials are validated by executing the [JazzSM Home]/profile/bin/serverStatus.sh command. If that command is run manually it fails with:
"ADMU0509I: The Application Server "server1" cannot be reached. It appears to be stopped."
WebGUI is up and accessible though.
