Problem
Attempts to login to IBM Sterling Store Web leads to the error [java.lang.IllegalStateException: Dojo profile not initialized

Cause
The database is in read only mode.
Diagnosing The Problem
With reference to the FFDC logs:

Resolving The Problem
Read-enabled HADR standby database is not supported. You have to switch DB to RW mode.
NOTE: Consult you database administrator to make the required changes
