Troubleshooting
Problem
The ja_JP_JP and th_TH_TH locale options are available incorrectly. These options do not reflect usable locale options. This is a known issue. If you select these options, the BMXAA4144E error occurs.
Resolving The Problem
Do not use these locale options or complete the following steps to delete them:
- In the Domains application, open the LOCALE domain.
- Delete ja_JP_JP and th_TH_TH.
- Click OK.
To resolve the BMXAA4144E error, remove the locale-specific characters.
