Problem
Attempts to create an organization that uses Double byte characters fail. For example, Chinese names fail:
Cause
The issue is caused by the following regex. It should match ASCII characters;
/^(ORG|LOC)(\.[\w-]+)*$/
Resolving The Problem
Workaround:
Use simple characters for organization names; a-b, 0-9
