Problem
リバースプロキシインスタンスの言語設定を "Japanese(ja shift-jis)" にしている。
10.0.4では
msg__webseald-instance.log に Shift-JIS の日本語が記録されていたが、10.0.5 にアップグレード後は日本語文字部分が ? になる。Symptom

Cause
10.0.5.0 には日本語
Shift-JIS に関わる iconv ライブラリが不足していたために発生しました。Resolving The Problem
