Answer

ユーザー (Client)とISV間のSSL接続はAkamaiを介して行われます。
AkamaiでTLS 1.0と1.1を無効にしていますので、TLS 1.2以上が許可されています。
また、ISVとApplication間の通信も同じ設定になります。
そして、TLS 1.0または1.1を有効にするオプションはありません。
