Invalid Transaction - ErrorCode="YCP0063" ErrorDescription="Invalid Transaction"

Symptom

When we looked at YFS_TRANSACTION table, this transaction doesn't exist. He also told that he upgraded from HF61 to HF76.

And there is a fix provided in HF65.

Description The APIs listed here should be exposed as transactions, and each API should have an XML document published by the ON_SUCCESS event. This XML document should contain information about the attributes that were changed by the corresponding API.

During HF installation, customer missed to run the factory setup and it caused this error. After running the factory setup for the HF installation, the issue is solved.
