Problem
Attempts to list orders in order search screen in IBM Sterling Store Web leads to the error Controller has detected an unhandled exception
Symptom
- On the first page of order list, the previous button is active.
- The navigation between Next and Previous link does not work.
- Browser debug logs displays the error SCUIPaginatedXAPIMashupAction: Invalid parameter value for pagination page size [system]: [ ]: SCUIPaginationUtils.
Cause
The mashup class used is com.ibm.wsc.common.mashups.WSCBasePaginatedMashup.
Diagnosing The Problem
Refer to OOTB mashup configuration in order to build the custom mashup as per your requirement.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve, switch to the OOTB mashup class i.e com.ibm.wsc.common.mashups.WSCBaseMashup in the custom mashup.
