Problem
The Intel X520-DA2 Dual-Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ adapter for IBM System x, option 49Y7960, shows an error messages (similar to the example in the Symptom section) during a one hour Local Area Network (LAN) Stress Test with the inbox driver of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 10 SP4 32-bit.

Symptom
The Intel X520-DA2 Dual-Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ adapter for IBM System x, option 49Y7960, shows an error messages (similar to the example below) during a one hour Local Area Network (LAN) stress test with the inbox driver of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 10 SP4 32-bit.
Affected Configurations
The system can be any of the following IBM servers:
- System x3530 M4, type 7160, any model
- System x3630 M4, type 7158, any model
The system is configured with at least one of the following:
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 10, Service Pack 4 (SP4)
The system is configured with one or more of the following IBM options:
- Intel X520-DA2 Dual-Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ Adapter for
IBM System x, option 49Y7960, replacement part number (CRU)
49Y7962
Note: This does not imply that the network operating system will work under all combinations of hardware and software.

Update the driver using intc_sw_nic_v16.8.2b-cd_anyos_32-64.iso, or a later version.
