Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempt to import a ReqIF file exported from IBM Rational DOORS results in duplicate artifact attribute types being created in IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation.
Cause
Rational DOORS 9.6.1.2 and earlier does not handle artifact attribute types correctly.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade Rational DOORS client to 9.6.1.3 or later, and use its "Manage Migration" functionality to export Rational DOORS modules.
