Problem
ICU4J V4.4.1.1 (icu4j-4_4_1_1.jar) has been added as a requirement for the IBM ILOG Dojo Diagrammer server-side layout service.
Resolving The Problem
ICU4J V4.4.1.1 is packaged in the file, dojo-diagrammer-server.war, so that the server-side layout service works as expected. If you must rebuild the WAR file, include ICU4J in that WAR file.
