ICC upgraded to 6.1.0.2 - exportConfig.bat fails

Problem

After upgrading to IBM Control Center 6.1.0.2 exportConfig.bat fails

Symptom

On Windows x64, after upgrading IBM Control Center from 6.1.0.1+iFix05 to 6.1.0.2, the 'exportConfig.bat' file fails.

It simply logs Java usage information as if the the Java command is
incorrect or missing required

Cause

There is a double quote at the end of the line:
Set JAVA_SYSTEM_VAR=%JAVA_SYSTEM_VAR% -Dcom.ibm.tools.attach.enable=no"

Environment

IBM Control Center release 6.1.0.2 running on Microsoft Windows

Diagnosing The Problem

Examine the exportConfig.bat file.

Resolving The Problem

Edit the exportConfig.bat file and remove the double quote (") from the line:
Set JAVA_SYSTEM_VAR=%JAVA_SYSTEM_VAR% -Dcom.ibm.tools.attach.enable=no"
