Is IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite supported with Oracle Exadata Platform?

Answer

The IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment software products do not support the Oracle Exadata platform. The SSFS products only have dependencies on the software (DB, App Server, JDBC) and not on the hardware they run on. As long as Exadata has compatible software for that version of the Sterling products, IBM will support the deployment.
 
IBM will not support Exadata related issues. If any issues originate within Exadata, then the customer will need to reach out to Oracle for resolution. IBM will be testing issues reported on the same supported software stack only.
