Problem
IBM Cloud Pak System V2.3.0.1 ships with IBM Spectrum Scale pattern type V1.2.15.0, and it bundles IBM Spectrum Scale V5.0.3.0.
IBM Spectrum Scale pattern type upgrade from previous versions has known issues.
Resolving The Problem
The upgrade issue is fixed in IBM Spectrum Scale pattern type V1.2.15.1, and the fix is uploaded to IBM Fix Central.
NOTE: The prerequisites and installation steps about the fix are described in the readme file, which is compressed in the zip file of the fix.
