  • Higher Db2 fix pack levels and Db2 Cumulative Special Builds have not yet been validated with Spectrum Control.  To avoid potential problems:
    • Ensure that the operating system on the Db2 server has general or extended support for maintenance and security.
    • Ensure that the version/fix pack level is backward compatible with the current Db2 version running.
    • A full backup is strongly suggested prior to upgrading.
