Troubleshooting
Problem
In the Deployment Health Table, we can see that the appliance shows the following:
However, this states that the appliance cannot be connected to, from the Central Management menu on the Central Manager the appliance status is green.
Also, we can connect to the appliance using putty to the cli without error.
Diagnosing The Problem
The way to daignose the problem is to follow the instructions:
1) Go to GUI -> Manage -> System View -> Deployment Health Topology -> click the collector with red status.
In the pop-up window, click 'Show Details', review this information to see whether there is any additional information that could point to the cause of the connection problem.
2) Also in the Deployment Health Topology -> click the collector with red status -> In the opened window, click 'Log in to this Collector' ->
This will enable you to test the stored network information for that specific appliance. It will also test the connection using the stored hostname and domain.

You can also use both ping and traceroute to confirm if any network issue is present with the stored network configuration for the problem appliance.
Resolving The Problem
For this situation, the client was using a different host and domain when connecting to the cli, using the Deployment Health Topology connection option highlighted this being the case.
This article should show the issue was with the DNS configuration. I would suggest you contact your network team and discuss with them the DNS.
