Question & Answer
Question
How can I determine what version of IBM Secure Gateway client I have installed on Microsoft Windows?
Answer
The Secure Gateway client version can be found a few ways:
1) Navigate to the installation location of the client and go to the logs directory. Default location is 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Secure Gateway Client\ibm\securegateway\client\logs'. Open any log, the version is displayed at the top.
2) Open Control Panel and look at the programs installed on the system. Search for 'Secure Gateway Client' and the version is displayed along side the program name.
