Diagnosing The Problem
- List a detailed problem description including syntax of the offending cmd/operation, error details, etc.
- Date/time of failure
- List any recent changes to the environment, actions taken prior to the problem/error, etc
- Is NovaLink software running on an Ubuntu Linux, a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) partition or was it installed using IBM provided image? If installed on Ubuntu or RHEL, what version?
