Diagnosing The Problem

  • List a detailed problem description including syntax of the offending cmd/operation, error details, etc.
  • Date/time of failure
  • List any recent changes to the environment, actions taken prior to the problem/error, etc
  • Is NovaLink software running on an Ubuntu Linux, a Red Hat Enterprise Linux  (RHEL) partition or was it installed using IBM provided image? If installed on Ubuntu or RHEL, what version?
