IJ32701: TURN OFF RESOURCE JAR SIGNING UNLESS THE USER SUPPLIES SIGNING SCRIPT AND CERTIFICATE.
Error description: The default factory behavior used to be to sign the kxx_resource.jar. Due to upcoming signing process changes, this will no longer work.
Signing of IBM agents is now normally done by using bundlegen. The factory will no longer sign the kxx_resource.jar files unless a signing script and certificate are provided.

IJ32703: AN AGENT BUILDER JDBC AGENT DOES NOT CONNECT TO POSTGRESQL. POSTGRESQL CHANGED THE JDBC DRIVER CLASS.
Error description: An Agent Builder JDBC agent does not connect to PostGreSQL. PostGreSQL changed the JDBC driver class.

IJ35011: IF FIRST ROW FOR A SOAP RESPONSE DOES NOT INCLUDE VALUES FOR ALL COLUMNS, THE MISSING COLUMN VALUES WILL NEVER BE DISPLAYED.
Error description: If the first row parsed for a SOAP response does not include values for all columns, the missing column values will never be displayed - even when they do appear in the later data rows.

IJ33257: POSSIBLE BUFFER OVERRUN IN AES PATH.
Error description: Agent Builder 6.3.5 - Certain SNMP V3 requests with AES privacy causes a buffer over-run that might cause the agent to crash. This has only been seen on AIX.

IJ44934: ON UNIX, AGENT SOMETIMES CRASHES WHEN MONITORING AIX NETWORK ADAPTERS.
Error description: The code collects the device data in two parts. It calls "entstat" to collect the totals data.
Then for the attributes the are rates (e.g.per_Sec_ are calculated calling the "entstat" again.

IJ45217: EXECUTING KFWSQLCLIENT COMMAND TRIGGERS TEMS TO CRASH
Error Description: When you supply a malformed SQL Statement to KFWSqlClient, it triggers a crash scenario for TEMS.

IJ45276: ON UNIX, AGENT CRASHED WHEN A UNIXPS SITUATION STARTED AND STOPPED AT THE SAME TIME.
Error Description: On UNIX, the agent crashed when a UNIXPS situation was started at the same time one was stopped. The scenario that triggered the condition was a TEMS failover. When the agent connected to the new TEMS, all the situations are stopped then all are restarted. The agent crashed after failing over to the new TEMS due to a situation being started at just after the failover when all the situations were being stopped. This is a rare timing issue.

IJ44477: TEPS CRASHES AFTER A TADDM DISCOVERY IS INITIATE.
Error Description: A TADDM Discovery that utilises ITM to retrieve metrics from agents relies on KT1 to send SOAP requests from TEPS to the Hub TEMS.
In ITM 6307 SP11, KT1 was modified to exploit the session IDs that the Hub SOAP server returns in order to accommodate MFA.
However, the structures that KT1 uses to cache session IDs are only initialized if KT1 is invoked through tacmd; when invoked by TEPS, the structures aren't uninitialized, and so an access violation occurs when they're accessed.

[New IBM Tivoli Monitoring Related Section: Java Expired Certificates]
Java Expired Certificates.
As of 06 June 2021, you can find that you are no longer able to launch the Tivoli Enterprise Portal console.
It is a result of some expired certificates within the set of classes files used to launch the Tivoli Enterprise Portal console.
We have an automated process that can be used to resign the certificates for you; it requires only a zip/tar of the current set of classes files used. One caveat to note is that, if application supports are installed to the TEPS, you can experience this issue again; and we then need to resign all of the classes files again, by using the automated process. In order for us to resign your JAR file, we require a .zip or .tar of all of the *.jar AND .zip files in the classes directory on your Tivoli Enterprise Portal server host.
Follow these steps to create an archive named 'classes.tar' or 'classes.zip' and send it to support to process the resigning of the JAR file.

(3) Open a new case to the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Support team requesting for a re-sign of your current files.

Abstract: IBM is planning to implement infrastructure improvements to Call Home, Test case Data Exchange and Secure File Transfer on 4th June 2022.
Both Public and Internal IP addresses will change for the IBM servers that electronically exchange test cases, configuration files, traces, dumps and other diagnostic information with customers.
Customers will experience uninterrupted service due to the change in IP addresses in June.
Both the current IP addresses and the new IP addresses will be accepted initially.
From August 31st 2022 only the new IP addresses will be accepted and so it is advised that new firewall rules and proxy updates are completed before that date.
