DT381523 Mobile The MobileDbGeneration cron task generates a preload DB with missing Attributes.
DT381711 Mobile In the Work Order for EAM application, clicking the Start-Stop timer repeatedly causes the error "missing key value info" to display.

IJ50471 Purchase orders When trying to navigate to Purchase Orders application from an Inventory Reservation record that has a Storeroom Site different than the To Site field, user is taken to a blank list view of the PO Tracking application, instead of being taken to the actual PO record.
IJ50475 Report Direct Print with Attachments fails when the file name includes a parenthesis.
IJ50718 Work Order Tracking In the Work Order Tracking application, on the Plans Tab, no data is displayed selecting a Labor value as a filter.
IJ50792 Assets Changing an Asset's status to a synonym of Decommissioned, then changing the status of its Location to a synonym of Decommissioned causes duplicate lines to be written to the Asset Status History.
IJ50821 Graphical Resource View In the Graphical Resource View application, double-clicking on a day does not schedule the entire week if the MODAVAILDURTYPE domain is in a language that contains special characters, such as Japanese, Chinese or Czech.
IJ51001 Integration Importing Hazards have the Organization ID of the MXINTADM user and not the Organization specified in the file.
IJ51004 Asset templates In the Assets Template, the Meter Group field is read-only when no Meters are associated with it.
IJ51006 Meters In Asset Templates application, the Meters in the previous Meter Group remain when the Meter group is changed.
IJ51008 System Object Maximo generates DEBUG level log entries for some objects, bypassing the Maximo Logger's application settings.
IJ51035 Inventory usage Clicking the action "Create Remaining Usage Lines" does not populate the GL Debit Account.
IJ51043 Tools In the Tools application, checking the "Rotating Item" checkbox results in error BMXAA9922 - "This item is active and has been added to a storeroom. It cannot be made rotating.".
IJ51081 Inventory usage When Required Dates are updated on a Work Order Materials tab, the Inventory Usage records are not regenerated properly.
IJ51093 System UI The CASSSPECVALUE Attribute does not display DATE type values.
IJ51199 Inspection In the "Conduct an Inspection" Work Center, the action "Generate Work Order for items" results in error BMXAA7837E - "An error occurred that prevented the OSACTION.MXAPIINSPRESULT.CREATEWO script for the null launch point from running. AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'createWorkorder' in script at line number 33.".
IJ51206 Manage Inspections Forms In the Manage Inspection Forms Work Center, Conditional Settings functionality does not work.
Manual Changes
APAR Change instructions
1. Go to the Database Configuration Application
2. Query for "COUNTBOOKLINE" object and move to Relationship tab
3. Search for a Relationship called ASSET
4. Update the where clause from
   itemnum=:itemnum
    to
   itemnum = :itemnum and assetnum=:assetnum and siteid=:siteid and orgid=:orgid
5. Click Save

Manually Installing the Patch
  • Log in to Maximo Application Suite Administration as an administrative user.
  • On the left, click Applications.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • In the dialog box, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • Under Activation configuration, click your workspace details page link.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • Under Configurations, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • In the Maximo Base line, under new version click the down arrow.
  • Starting with Manage patch 8.7.9, the Manage workspace component selection does not show version number.
  • Select Version, then latest.
  • Click Save.
