Abstract

On 25 June 2024, IBM released IBM Maximo IT version 9.0 which is an add-on to the Manage application in Maximo Application Suite.

Maximo IT 9.0 comes with the following new features:
  1. New Service view and Service Insights application in Maximo IT
  2. Service View application access via API
  3. Watson integration with Maximo IT
  4. Slack integration with Maximo IT
  5. Asset view in Self Serve
  6. Self Serve Mobile view
  7. Maximo IT compatible with Transportation and ACM
  8. AppPoints configuration for Maximo IT
