Fix Readme
Abstract
IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7.1.3 contains all APAR fixes addressed after 11.7.1.0 for components of InfoSphere Information Server. This document lists the fixes that were addressed after 11.7.1.1 Service Pack 2 and 11.7.1.2.

The following sections list APARs added new in 11.7.1.3 for InfoSphere Information Server.
Fix Pack 3 contains all fixes from 11.7.1.1 SP1 and 11.7.1.1 SP2.
