New NWSD types for ESX servers

New network server description (NWSD) types are provided for VMware® ESX servers. The new NWSD types eliminate the requirement for an "install" drive (the second drive) on ESX servers. For VMware ESXi embedded servers, the "system" drive (the first drive) is no longer required as well.
