Clients in the United States (US) may need more secure support options to satisfy regulatory conditions. IBM Support has options to satisfy those needs:
- IBM Secure Support via US Citizens (Software) – remote support delivered exclusively by U.S. citizens located in the continental United States, with secure data handling.
- IBM Remote Software and Hardware Support Country Based – remote support delivered exclusively by U.S. citizens or U.S. persons located in the continental United States
- IBM Enhanced Secure Support – additional layers of security allowing you to use a secure dedicated portal to upload diagnostic data to support problem determination.
