Problem
IBM Control Center is getting errors trying to use Cognos Reporting. ERROR: user already authenticate to all namespaces error.
Symptom
Cognos Reporting user already authenticate to all namespaces error.
Resolving The Problem
Copy the bcprov-jdknn-nnn.jar* file from the <IBM Cognos Install Directory>\bin\jre\lib\ext to the JAVA_HOME lib\ext directory.
Control Center customers copy jar from <ICCInstall>\Cognos\jre\lib\ext to <ICCInstall>\jre\lib\ext
