How to solve the Risk Spotter Log error of “(Exception: Failed to run extractor Violations  java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: org.apache.solr.client.solrj.SolrServerException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0)” ?

Cause

No results are shown on Risk Spotter because it uses the Guardium Internal Group with Trusted Users. This group is made of 5 tuple fields that must be populated.

Answer

The Risk Spotter uses an internal Guardium group called - Risk Spotter - Trusted Users. The aforementioned group is made of five-tuple fields that must be populated otherwise the error will occur. 

Open the Group builder. An example of the Menu -> Setup-> Tools and Views -> Group Builder is below.

Filter by using the words Risk Spotter – Trusted as shown below in yellow color.

Then click on the pencil Icon pencil and choose  tab Members and add a member group with the plus Icon.  plusicon Below is an example of the fields needed.

After adding the fields, just click on the OK button of the group member tab and you will see something like the image below.
