How to Purge without Task q entries ?
Answer
Customer is unable to purge therecords because the system didnt put any
entry into YFS_TASK_Q table after the order has been fulfilled/shipped. The
reason being the purge transaction is not configured. Even if the customer
changes the pipeline to include Purge transaction, the system will be creating
records for new orders into YFS_TASK_Q and not for past orders.
The solution for this problem is to run : task q syncher to create the task
q entries in the table. For more information about task q syncher, please refer
to Distribution Management Guide, Look for the section A.4 Task Queue Syncher
