How to migrate IBM Control Center to a new database

Question & Answer

Question

You need to reconfigure IBM Control Center to point to a new database (DB). How do you do this?

Answer

Re-run ConfigCC.sh on UNIX based systems, or ConfigCC.bat on Windows based system to make changes to the configuration to point Control Center at the new database.

You may need to change things such as the DB host IP address, DB listening port, username, or password to do this, though this list is not exhaustive and will depend on your individual circumstances. For more details on the required database parameters, see Configure IBM Control Center to use DB2 databases on Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems

Your DB Administrator should be able to provide you with the details you need to interact with your new database.
