Question
You have OSLC links from Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) to DOORS and
ELM users would like to see all the attributes values in the DOORS Web Access preview window as they hover over a link to DOORS.
It appears as if some DXL-attribute values are missing.
How to make them show correctly?
Cause
The DXL-attributes you are not seeing the values for in the preview window, are not part of the DOORS module's default view.
If they used to be part of it, the default view may have changed since this last worked.
Answer
This is known product limitation in DOORS Web Access.
Only DXL-attributes that are part of the DOORS module's default view are calculated.
If they used to be part of it, the default view may have changed since this last worked.
Determine if the change was correct or if a correction is required.
