Question

As mentioned on above article you will informed about the update when you launch Subscription next time or if you select the Help – Check for updates button.
For example you launch IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription:
After you click OK on Welcome dialog you will get a popup dialog where you are informed that an update is available (Build 1.0.0.642) and what features and fixes are included in the update. You can select a download location for the update to your harddrive with the browse button. Then click on Download button. You can also select “Not Now” if you like to download the update at a later time. For download of the update the computer must be connected to the internet.
If you download now please wait a bit until the download is complete.
If you work on a 64 bit Windows computer the file name you download is SPSSStatisticsSub_Setup_x64.exe
Once the download of the update package is complete you are informed on another dialog. If you select to install the download now the Subscription edition will be closed:
After the Subscription edition is closed, a new Window will occur where you can start the installation if you click on Continue. The current installation path on Windows 64 bit is :
C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\Subscription
The installation started:
When the installation finished you can use the launch button to start the Subscription edition:
After the program launched you can use the menu Help – Check for Updates to verify if there is no further update to install.
If you click on Help – About menu you see Build 1.0.0.642 is successfully installed:
