How to enable Generate Tracking Number & Print button in Sterling Web Store

Pre-requisite:

• For the applicable store, Parcel Carrier preferences needs to be created in Sterling Business Center.
  
  
  
• During Create Shipment the Carrier should be selected in Carrier Info pane.

1. Create Creating parcel carrier preferences in SBC
   
   NOTE: Under Shipping Preferences, International shipping integration required OR Domestic shipping integration required must be selected as per the Customer requirement.
   
   
   
2. Create a new Sales Order. Schedule, Release it.
   
   
   
3. Click on the Create Shipment button.
   
   
   
4. In Carrier Info pane, from Service dropdown select the carrier from Section A (e.g. FEDEX 2DAY). Click Save button.
   
   
   
5. Shipment will be in Ready for Backroom Pick status.
   
   
   
6. Check the Shipment Details using getShipmentDetails API.

   NOTE: Copy ALL attributes in the output template of getShipmentDetails API from Java Docs. If the ScacIntegrationRequired attribute is stamped as Y on the shipment, only then the button 'Generate Tracking Number and Print' will be enabled.
   
   
   
7. Log on to Sterling Store.
   
   
   
8. From Backroom Pick widget, click Advanced Search link.
   
   
   
9. In Order number textbox, enter the sales order number created in section B. Click Search button. A new tab opens for this order.
   
   
   
10. In Order Summary screen, click Record Backroom Pick button.
    
    
    
11. In To be picked tab, input the Picked quantity. Click Update button.
    
    
    
12. Click Next button.
    
    
    
13. In Backroom Pick - Shipping Order (Assign Staging Location) screen, input the Staging location. Click Assign button. Then click Confirm button.
    
    
    
14. Click Pack Order button. Then click Pack All into Current Package button.
    
    
    
15. In Package tab, Generate Tracking Number & Print button appears.
