What kind of LDAP synchronization process does IBM Maximo Application Suite has?
Answer
The LDAP user synchronization feature in IBM Maximo Application Suite is a full synchronization process. That means that it will create/update/delete users accordingly to LDAP source changes.
If a user is not found in LDAP source, it will be deleted from IBM Maximo Application Suite, and the user account status in IBM Maximo Application Suite Applications (for example, Manage) will be modified to inactive.
If the user is updated in LDAP source it will be updated in IBM Maximo Application Suite as well.
