How does changeOrderStatus identify which line to process when there are multiple pick up statuses on a line?
Answer
The changeOrderStatus API does not identify based on the pick up status as the pick up status is not a part of the input XML. When the business use case requires having multiple pickup statuses mapped to the same drop status, the solution is to create a different transaction for each pick up status and add it to the pipeline. Then, the TransactionID can be passed in the API input to identify the pick up status.
