How do we update the QualityStage AVI stage with the quarterly reference data?

1. Download the following items from passport advantage
-Reference Data
-Address Verification Interface Reference Data Install Manager
-Interface Quarterly Update

2. Download the following from Fix central
-latest update installer for Information Server

3. Prepare for the install

Ensure there is at least 50GB of free space on the server

Create a target directory for the loqate data
/opt/loqate/data

Extract the contents of the reference database to
/tmp/AVIDB

4. Run the install manager.

From the directory that the install manager was extracted to, run the following:

./IBM_InstallManager.sh

Here is the first prompt

Respond "Y" to change the directory.  If you do not enter "Y", the installer places the files into the current directory (“.”)

The installer reads the directory and reports back with the data available for update
