How do IBM clients or business partners request a license for IBM Security QRadar SOAR or Cloud Pak for Security?
Steps
IBM clients who have purchased IBM Security QRadar SOAR or Cloud Pak for Security, and need a product license key for IBM Security QRadar SOAR can provide the following to q1pd@us.ibm.com:
- IBM Customer Number (ICN) and Site ID
- Or Proof of Entitlement (PoE)
IBM business partners who would like a partner license key can request one from the Software Access Catalog on the IBM PartnerWorld site. IBM business partners must purchase the relevant package or product partner license entitlement to be eligible for a partner license.
