How do I fix iCloud Drive may not work properly on SPSS Statistics Subscription?

Problem

You install SPSS Statistics Subscription and after launch you receive a message "iCloud Drive may not work properly. Please check the iCloud preference pane." During this process - which leaves me with the options of OK and Open iCloud Preferences. 

Resolving The Problem

When you open the installer window with message appears "iCloud Drive may not work properly. Please check the iCloud preference pane"

1. Open Apple ID preferences
2. You may receive a notification “SPSS is an app download from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?” Click open.
3. Installer launcher should open
4. Continue installation, it should complete without any errors
