When the user creates a new Preventive Maintenance record and goes to Frequency tab, the attribute 'Generate Work Order Based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)?' (PMACTMETER) is always read only
Objective
To enable the 'Generate Work Order based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)?' checkbox
Environment
Tivoli's process automation engine (TPAE) 7611
Steps
1. Go to Assets application and create an Asset with an associated Continuous meter.
2. Go to Preventive Maintenance (PM) application and create a new PM record.
3. Select the Asset that you created in Step 1 and go to Frequency tab
4. Generate Work Order based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)? is read-only
Resolution:
- Continuing from Step 3 above, Go to Meter Based Frequency under the Frequency Tab
- New Row --> Meter --> Select Value --> The continuous meter should be available to select --> Select this meter
- Generate Work Order based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)? is now enabled.
