Question
We have upgraded to IBM Content Manager V8.6 and IBM Content Navigator V3.0.10. Before upgrade, We have been using IBM Content Manager Windows Client(CM Client). In former CM Client, the annotation stamp function can remember the last used stamp text. For example after you changed the stamp text to "Received 2021/07/13". The next time you open CM client, when you click the "stamp" icon and paste to the document, "Received 2021/07/13" will be pasted into the document immediately without modification. However, in IBM Content Navigator, we cannot find this function and need to change the stamp text every time. Please kindly help on this requirement.

Here are detail steps
1 go to Content Navigator's admin desktop or click administration, and select desktops- <your-CM8 desktop>
2 click the Daeja ViewOne tab
3 at additional parameters section, add the parameter, for an example, Received, Rejected and Approved
name: annotationStamp1
value: Received <dateonly>
name: annotationStamp2
value: Rejected <dateonly>
name: annotationStamp3
value: Approved <dateonly>
4 save and close
5 review the document again, you will see those options shown in the template in the Daeja Viewer.
