How do you copy Shipto Address To Billto Address while creating order in IBM Call Center for Commerce?
Cause
You dont want to type the same address again in Billto address section.
Answer
There is no explicit option to copy address from 'ShipTo' field to 'BillTo' field, but there is way you can copy 'BillTo' address to 'ShipTo' address.
You can add 'BillTo' address and leave 'ShipTo' address blank. Now when you click on next, the same BillTo address is copied over ShipTo address. As a result, you don't need to type the same address twice.
