Question
User would like to check what exact version of the Citrix client they have installed on their client PC. How can they do this?
Cause
Customer is trying to diagnose a problem with their Citrix client, and would like to know what version the PC has installed.
Answer
Right-click on the 'Citrix Receiver' systray icon (to the left of the clock), and choose 'Advanced Preferences'
The answer is in the box that appears, for example:
