How do I change the hostname of my v5 DevPortal?
Answer
To change the hostname of your v5 devportal which is already installed:
The user would need to edit the site portal URL in APIM Catalog settings. This will need to be done for every site which needs its hostname changed.
The user would want to then:
- update the portal hostname in the CMC
- update the portal’s own idea of what its hostname is and then reboot it
- update the portal certificate if it contains the hostname.

Please note: This procedure applies to version v5 of the product only. The steps for v2018 are different.
