It would be possible to add more fields in this Filters section, as those available do not fully meet our needs.
Answer
The query can be created on Manage directly:
Go to Object Structure "MXAPIASSET"
Click Query Definition from the More actions in the left navigation
Click + button to add a oslc clause, here you can input any filter that maximo formula can support, then Click OK to save.
Then you will see this new query shown for scoring group creation UI.
